My name is Paul Khazansky.

I am an experienced entrepreneur looking for a company to buy and operate.
Over the past decade, I co-founded a real estate development firm based out of Baltimore, MD, and later co-founded and ran a commercial real estate bridge lending firm, which I have exited through a sale in late 2021.

I have worked in operations, sales, marketing, and most importantly, talent
development. The experiences shaped me as a leader in a variety of professional settings.
